Feature and Application

Fabric Conveyor Belt


Normal Standard: It can transport powder, granular, and bulk materials, suitable for general material transportation fields.


High Temperature Resistant: T3≤150℃, T4≤175℃, burn-resistant conveyor belts can convey materials with temperatures ranging from 200℃ to 800℃.

Used in the metallurgical, foundry, building materials, and casting industries for the transportation of sintered products, cement clinker, and various high-temperature materials. 


Cold Resistant: The surface of the conveyor belt has cold-resistant properties and can be used under temperatures above -40℃, suitable for material transportation in extremely cold outdoor conditions.


Abrasion Resistant: The surface of the conveyor belt has resistance to impact and wear from sharp corners of materials, suitable for the transportation of hard materials and materials with sharp edges.

Aramid Conveyor Belt

It can provide two different fiber designs. The carcass layer consists of vertically oriented aramid cords. The straight warp fabric contains additional transverse polyamide cords that protect the aramid cords from both sides.


It features ultra-high capacity, low elongation at break, thin belt thickness, minimal creep, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, strong chemical resistance, and excellent impact and tear resistance. Compared to belts of the same level such as layered belts or steel cord belts, it has lower conveyor cost, energy savings of up to 30%, and a longer operational lifespan.

Solid Woven Conveyor Belts (PVC PVG)

It is overall delamination-free, has minimal elongation, impact resistance, tear resistance, and good mechanical joint performance. It is mainly used in underground mines.

The fully plasticized integral core conveyor belt(PVC) is used in dry conditions with an inclination angle of less than 16°.

The rubber surface integral core conveyor belt(PVG) is used in wet conditions with an inclination angle of less than 20°.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt


High-temperature resistant conveyor belts are mainly used for transporting high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings. 


Depending on the main manifestations of heat-resistant belt damage leading to the loss of conveying capacity and different heat-resistant levels, they are covered with EPDM or butylbenzene rubber as the covering layer, and high-strength and high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton fabric as the strength layer. Heat-resistant glass fabric can be laid between the covering layer and the carcass layer to improve the service life of the heat-resistant belt. According to customer requirements, it can be made into a circular belt.
